    Authentic Chinese soup restaurant / kitchen. Very tasty. The atmosphere is less cosy and more like in one of the street kitchens you find in Hongkong or Shanghai.

    Ingredients were fresh and various. It's a somewhat unusual concept for buffet style restaurant. You pay for the meal by the weight of the ingredients (2€/100g as of March 2019) you choose from the buffet. No matter if it's shrimps or cabbage.

    The soup is quite hot. I'm used to the real Indian and Thai cuisine, my soup was ordered "medium hot" and this was as hot as it should be. More would have been "just hot".
